Description: MTB ride on singletrack up to a house painted in blue(hence the name Blue House). Trail gradient to be intermediate to tough. This is a true mountain bike offroad ride.

Description: You will be riding up to 168 Cafe of Penang Hill via the Jln Waterfall jeeptrack. After a regroup at 168 Cafe and carbo loading, they will be going down via offroad singletrack. Please take note that this is a physically demanding ride and also require riders that understand their bikes and themselves well. Newbies are NOT encouraged to join this ride. Ride duration should be in between 1.5 to 3.0 hours depending how fit the riders are.

Description: You will be riding up to Air Itam Dam and then to a temple in the middle of fruit orchard in the vicinity of Air Itam Dam forest reserve. The trail grade is to be moderate with few slope that could be challenging for some. Ride duration should in between 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

I'm putting this event on behalf of Wusolow. Wusolow is organising a leisure ride to Kota Kuala Muda, Kedah this coming Friday (27th Nov.'09). This ride takes you across to Butterworth where our journey begins. We ride up north to Teluk Air Air Tawar. From here we head for Kota Kuala Muda riding through scenic paddy fields and rustic villages along the way.
If you like to join us, meet in front of Island Plaza at 6.20am, Gurney Drive at 6.30am or the Penang Ferry Terminus at 6.50am.
Estimate time to come back: Noon to reach Ferry Terminal

ps: Dr and his gang from tanjung bungah will be riding pass gurney drive around 7.15am and then down the coastal road to Queensbay and on to Batu Maung. You are welcome to join us at any point along this stretch...

Description: You will be riding on car accessible farmer trail that will lead you to a well manicured lawn yard that we call carpet or secret garden. Gradient of the trail is to be easy to moderate. Ride duration should in between 2 to 3 hours.

Description: Normally on every saturday morning, I will ride solo for round island ride. If you want to join me you are welcome but please take some light breakfast before the ride. I would prefer NON STOP for breakfast because my Saturday VISA will expired at 0930.

Ride duration: 3 hours one way.
Description: We will be riding from B'w to Pantai Merdeka where we take a boat across the Merbok River to Tg Dawai. We then proceed to Merbok for an early lunch. Then to Archaeology Museum.
Bring a change of clothes if you like to take a dip in the rock pools.
Trails mostly flat. If you like riding, exploring and a bit of history, you'll definitely enjoy this.
Please be punctual. Last boat trip from Tg Dawai to Pantai Merdeka is tentatively at 5.00pm. If we miss this boat we will have to go home via Sg Petani.

Description: This not an easy ride. You are riding up to a peak that is close to Malihome Bungalow on cemented singletrack. One of the toughest trails to ride in Sungai Ara Farmer Trail system. But you will be rewarded with the breathtaking view to Balik Pulau and Bayan Baru areas.
