Hi David, come and join me cycling 1 roundclockwise Penang Island every Saturday. I wait for you at Puspakom Teluk Kumbar at 7.45 am. Just relax n ride at 20 - 30 kmph. MTB or road.
Hi David , round island is a deadly ride for a newbie , i advise newbie have their training at AID and G Club T.Bahang Ride . Air Itam Dam is a good training ground for newbie , for advanced rider , they would go to Banana Plantation/ Ngor Hean Temple / 1200 steps / 3 Pillars after the dam . So , if you wanna train , i would suggest the place above . Call me if you want to ride . Just My 2sen .

Hi Jack, thanks your advise. im not a newbie but just seldom ride only...haha. i have ride to t.bahang from my house, very enjoy & like it. but other place u mention, i never go before, wait me back to pg then call u for ride.

u took how long to finished? i never round island.
Hi David, I always took at least 3h30m to complete 1round. I rode alone. If you want to join me, we will ride together till finish. I m not too fast, just enjoy for the ride. i m using my old MTB 26" with slick 26x1 tyre. Speed about 20 - 30kmh depend on the road. If you interested, i will wait for you at Puspakom Teluk Kumbar at 745 - 8.00am 17.7.10. Pls tell me. My nos ia zero one 2 five seven 2 four 4 seven 0. See U

The round island ride is not as tough as it seem to be. If you take your time and don't rush, it is a very enjoying rides on the road with fanstastic scenery.

David, tomorrow we will be heading to Gertak Sanggul. check out the event board for details.
Is that normal road ride or mountain ride and take how long to reach there? Coz i never go there before, & tomorrow have work, maybe this time cant joint you all.
