Description: You will be riding up to Air Itam Dam and then to a temple in the middle of fruit orchard in the vicinity of Air Itam Dam forest reserve. The trail grade is to be moderate with few slope that could be challenging for some. Ride duration should in between 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
Note: Please take note that ride plan may change due to weather or other cycling events. Do contact the ride master to confirm before the date.

I would like to try 1,200 steps and Ngor Hean within 3hours. Though I have never done this before but it is a start to train for Pg Hill climb to 168. Anyone joining me? I will meet riders at last coffeeshop at bottom carpark to go up 1,200 steps first. It will be good training for those who wants to train on their hill climbs. Very good cardio workout. Remember to have light to moderate breakfast before leaving your home. I can also be reached at 012-5088284

Sorry guys, have to pass this weekend. I have to go Cheng Beng. I'll be riding on my own up TFF in the morning and back to Feringgi for cheng beng by 9am.

U cycling up to TFF on Sat or Sun? U cheng beng at Ferringhi? I already cleared my cheng beng duties on Wed. So will ride up from B Pulau to T Bahang with wifey prob on both Sat n Sun mornings. Hope to run into you.

Sunday morning bro Husky. Got prayers at home in Feringgi at 9:30 so most prob leaving the 800m place by 0845hrs.
Ok friend, see you then. Will start off from Balik Pulau at 7 am so should reach Teluk Bahang dam at around 8 am. Will watch out for you on the way. I'll be with Mama Husky. Hahaha!
There are two yet to confirm road rides, round island and butterworth-Pantai Merdeka. I'll add in the Upcoming Events once I have the details.

You mean we are supposed to tolak the bicycle up the hill? That means I have been doing the right thing all the while. Last month I tolak my bike all the way from Pondok Upeh up to the Carpet before riding down.
