On the 27th - 28th March, another cycling event will take place.(recreational cycling)
Age 16 yrs and above.
All types of bicycle are welcome.
Dataran Merdeka Kuala Lumpur - Felda Kg New Zealand - Pekan Pahang.
27th March (Saturday)
0630 hrs - registration
0730 hrs - Flag Off
- Dataran Merdeka Kuala Lumpur - Plaza Tol Gombak (23km)
- Cyclist ending at Plaza Tol Gombak have to make own arrangement for trip back
- Flag Off by YB Datuk Seri' Raja Nong Chik Bin Dato' Raja Zainal Abidin, Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan dan Kesejahteraan Bandar
LEG 2 - GOMBAK - FELDA NEW ZEALAND - PEKAN (RM50)
- Plaza Tol Gombak - Karak ( all cyclist will be transported by bus & lorry to Karak )
- Karak - Mentakab (39.5 km) pit stop 1.
- Mentakab - Pekan Awah (31km) pit stop 2
- Pekan Awah - Maran (34.5km) pit stop 3
- Maran - Felda Kg New Zealand (12.5km) destination 1/overnight.
Total cycling distance 140 km.
Estimated time arrival at Felda Kg New Zealand At 1530 hrs. ( refreshment will be provided)
Activities at Felda Kg New Zealand.
Muslim Cyclist will perform Solat Asar.and non muslim will continue to rest / free time.
Cyclist will proceed to rest house as provided at 1800hrs.
Muslim participants will perform Solat Maghrib,Tahlil and doa selamat with the local at 1930hrs
Dinner Provided at 2000hrs..(buffet)
Participants and locals will minggle.
28th March(Sunday)
Solat Subuh (0630 hrs)
Breakfast (0700hrs-0900 hrs)
Participants on Stand By (0900 hrs)
0930 hrs Flag Off from Felda Kg New Zealand
- Kg New Zealand - Gambang ( 37.9km) pit stop 1
- Gambang - Taman Tas ( 15.7km) pit stop 2
- Taman Tas - Kg Batu 12 ( 19.9km) pit syop 3
- Kg Batu 12 _ Pekan ( 19.7km) Final Destination.
Total cycling distance 93.2 km.
Refresment will be provided upon arrival.
Dinner starts at 1830 hrs - 2000 hrs.(buffet)
2000 hrs All participants are to be ready for transport arrangement home.
2030 hrs All participant heads back to Kuala Lumpur.
