Description: It's a spinning training ride on the 20km loop at well lit Butterworth Outer Ring Road. The plan is to go as many loops as possible on high cadence on low gears. Please take note this is a roadie event. Please contact Chris if you were on MTB with slick tires.

may i know what is the average speed ah?
It should depend on the cuclists themselves. Normally the average speed should be between 26~35kph. The group speed will be decided by how fast the riders can go.
