You mentioned about knee pain while cycling, could this be the answer?
This Kneesaver definitely would be of great help to my son Ben who has wide hips. When he was back here for holidays last year I bought him a medium sized hybrid Scott. I wanted a large or XL size for him but was told medium would fit. And when I see him cycle I noticed he struggled with the pedals a lot. His legs were like going sideways and I believe he struggled to keep his legs from touching the frame.
this pedal concept works nicely. bicycle sizing for frames goes by headtube length, and seattube length, top tube and downtubes. but i'm not too sure on the bottom bracket width? ask yourself that! can anyone confirm the bottom bracket width changes wether the bicycle's size is XS, S, M or L or even XL? seems all bicycle manufacturers do not make such different widths.
after fixing these pedals, i can be sure that it is up to rider to apply Body English. when taking corners and turns to be aware that their pedal spindles are wider so the pedal might just scrape the road or any curb or rocks, and that in turn will cause some 'imbalances' and some may just crash their bicycle.
i encourage everyone to understand that just because a customer was too impatient to wait for the correct size to be ordered in doesn't justify the insinuations.
am always impressed by vendors whom offer to bring in the correct size provided the customer is patient enough to wait for it. no sense in putting any blame on anyone else if buyer not willing to wait.

Call me lar next ride... I know the last time I couldn't make it as I go Alor Setar every alternate week. But the week I'm back normally at night I'm itching to ride.. just no kaki to go. So normally I have to go riding along the main roads. Afraid to go Batu feringgi area as winding and alone.
