It was written by Pat Brunson Ten years ago. Some part of the trail description may no longer hold true since there's a road contruction on the second east west highway which allows access to Taman Negara from CH.
2. This is a self supported ride, which also means each rider must be self sufficient and there will not be any supports provided by the organizer.
3. The organizer imposes a limit of 50 riders only

Ride plan(copied from PCC newsletter):
Plan is to drive up Cameron on Sat 19, do the ride on Sun 20 and drive back to KL on Mon 21. So that means you will need to take a day off
work on Mon unless you want to drive back on Sunday itself which is not advisable. We shall meet up at a designated point (to be announced) in Ringlet at 8.00am SHARP on Sun where the ride will start from. There will be riders from Ipoh joining us as well.
Have your breakfast early and also pack some lunch before proceeding to the designated start point in Ringlet on Sunday. We expect the average rider to reach the Boh Teahouse at between 2.00 to 3.00pm, all depending on how big lungs you got to tackle those little hills inside the tea plantation (and the 15km before). You will also need to carry sufficient water so a 3-litre bag would be in good order. Carry your regular energy food and drinks too. But we understand there’s a store at an orang asli village at KM31 to refill so make sure you carry some cash with you.

The event is in June, not in July.
The dead line is 5 June. You have four more days to decide.
This is a self supported ride. If you plan to put a night or two in CH, bring some money...:)
ooo...I C can't make for 20th of Jun , perhalf can joint you all next time . it's 1st time you all ride on the trail ? and about how many % off road and off road ?

Please read the article from the link that I posted on even page.
My last ride in that trail was in 2008. Most section of the trail are cemented now. For those who wonder how is the trail like, if you have followed me to ride to Pg Hill last Sunday you will know what to expect. The fun factor is twice the fun than the K5 trail and crawl up twice the height too...;)
