Guideline: forgot password
First, key in your username or email and the word verifications, press the "email new password" button.
Step2, check your mailbox for the email with subject "Replacement login information.."
If you are reading as plaintext email, please click on the full link stated below. See below screenshot.
Step3, click on the login link. The reset password page will be opened in your browser (Google chrome/Firefox/IE, etc) Press the "Log in" button
Step 4, change your password immediately, so you can use it for your next login.
And do NOT forget the most important thing.
